What's going on?!!

Some of my youtube videos have been disapproved and others age-restricted. What I don't seem to understand is on what basis have Youtube guys restricted my videos. Yes they may be suggestive but they ain't xxx for crying out loud. These videos are recorded events that happened in public concerts so I don't get what is so private about them.
Well, I have read the guide to age-restricted videos. Here it is:

Age-restricted videos

When are videos age-restricted?
YouTube staff review flagged videos 24 hours a day, seven days a week to determine whether they violate ourCommunity Guidelines. When they do, we remove them. Sometimes a video doesn't violate our Community Guidelines, but may not be appropriate for everyone.......
Some of the most commonly age-restricted content includes:
  • Sexually suggestive content
  • Partial nudity or non-sexual nudity
  • Actual violence or very graphic fictional violence
  • Gory, disturbing imagery in an appropriate context
Notable Exceptions
There are exceptions for some educational, artistic, documentary and scientific content (e.g. health education, documenting human rights issues, etc.), but only if this is the sole purpose of the video and it is not gratuitously graphic. For example, a documentary on breast cancer would be appropriate, but posting clips out of context from a documentary might not be. Videos that qualify as educational, artistic, documentary or scientific that would otherwise have been removed are typically age-restricted instead.
When are videos considered ‘sexually suggestive’?
Videos featuring sexually explicit content like real sex acts are not allowed. Other content like nudity and dramatized or implied sexual conduct may be considered sexually suggestive depending on whether or not it is intended or designed to arouse viewers.
Nudity includes exposed or partially covered genitalia, buttocks, or breasts, as well as sheer clothing. Videos featuring individuals in minimal or revealing clothing may also be age-restricted if they're intended to elicit a sexual response.
Additional considerations include a combination of:
  • Whether breasts, buttocks, or genitals (clothed or unclothed) are the focal point* of the video.
  • Whether the video setting is sexually suggestive (e.g. a location generally associated with sexual activity, such as a bed);
  • Whether the subject is depicted in a pose that is intended to sexually arouse the viewer;
  • Whether the subject's actions in the video suggests a willingness to engage in sexual activity (e.g. kissing, provocative dancing, fondling); and
  • If a subject is minimally clothed, whether the clothing would be acceptable in appropriate public contexts (e.g. swimwear vs. underwear).
* Focal point is determined by factors including the length of time an image appears in the video (fleeting vs. prolonged exposure) especially relative to the overall length of the video, the camera angle and focus, the relative clarity of the images in the video, the lighting, and the video thumbnail (content that appears in a thumbnail is also considered to be its focal point).

From what I've read above, if all these rules were strictly implemented, then probably 90% of youtube videos should be age-restricted. Take for instance this unrestricted video:
If you ask me this is more sexually suggestive than any of my uploads. I ain't hating but this is meant to cause sexual arousal unlike mine which are meant to show reality.
If it's a matter of clothing, I bet everyone in those videos were more covered than this:

No offence to the swimmers. I was just using yhe videos as an example.
How about this one that features full nudity. I wonder what the youtube guys have to say about this one as it ain't censored. Or is it educational!! :-0.Bear in mind that it is not age-restricted.
Even one user wrote,"I'm 12 and I'm watching this."Do you get the irony.

With that, I urge the Youtube guys to stop restricting some videos while the real ones are out there being viewed unrestrictedly. As for the Youtube users, before we start hatin' on other peoples videos and reporting them,go do the research yourself.

THE GOOD OLD DAYS, THE BAD NEW NIGHTS.

Being of the 90's generation, I suppose I am not the most appropriate person to be talking of the good old days. Nevertheless just a notion of "dem dayz" makes me feel like I'm part and parcel of the good old days. As I write this, I hum to the tune of Bob Marley's all time famous hit, "Buffalo soldier", needless to say I am not a part of America's history. It strikes me that, by coincidence, Boney M's "Daddy Cool" is playing in the background. Talk about the old of the old skul.

 The DJ on the radio tells us listeners to take a journey back in time and I decide why should I be left behind. Our first stop lands us back in the days of Beethoven and Mozart when music was all about class. Some of the passengers in the time travelling machine can't stand the symphonies and orchestras, thus we are obliged to travel again. This time, we travel at a speed of 50years per second to find ourselves in the 20th century. As we arrive, we are greeted by the beats of drumsets, electric guitars, bass speakers and the likes. It's all about groovin up, rock on, floodlights, etc. Every passenger seemed to be having a good time as this destination had newly sprouted genres of music at their prime time to suit everyone's taste. Talk of rock, reggea, soul, jazz, pop, hip-hop and so on and so forth. We spent like two hours in this destination when the driver(DJ) announced that the time portal was about to shut and thus we had to travel back to the present. We left there though hesitantly and voila, our long journey came to an abrupt end.I suddenly felt so nostalgic for days I had never been a part of. Talk of the good old days.

My nostalgic stream of thoughts are suddenly disrupted by the most nonsensical noise cocktail I've ever heard of. Guess what I'm thinking of. Yes you sure are right. Non other than the infamous RDX duo from Jamaica with their sHIT song "Bendover". I ain't the type that likes hating on people, but this song just drives me nuts. The first time I heard it, I thought it was funny, with all the nonsensical words like 'wibowabowibo....' However, after giving it a close ear the second time, it came to my realization that the song was blatantly describing rough acts of sex. I thought that did it but I saw its real deal after watching its video in a matatu. I was like who the hell makes such a song for the public to see. I was further irked by the fact that the song was played during the twilight hours, just when kids are glued to the TV. What are we teaching them. So much for censorship.

 I thought I had seen the last of those guys after they stopped receiving airplay for some time. Little did I know what they had in store for this beloved country of mine. I was in for one hell of a shock after learning that they would have a concert in the country. I convinced myself that they wouldn't be allowed to do their shit in this country but deep inside I knew they would change the history of this country.

                     ...........................announced that the time portal was about to shut and thus we had to travel back to the present. We left there though hesitantly and voila, our long journey came to an abrupt end.I suddenly felt so nostalgic for days I had never been a part of.................................

To cut this long story shot, below is what I mean by changing the history of this country, negativelyof course. What you are about to see is true and it happened at a live perfomance at the KICC during a concert dubbed "swaggerific". For the weak at heart I suggest you ignore the videos below as they may offend you.

From what you can see, history was made in this country, unless of course such acts of shame and brutality are common in whichever socirety you come from. If you ask me, personally I think the men were possessed. It's a free world but a society without scruples is infact a slave to immorality itself. Morals are what keep the fabric of society bound together, but without them, the society disintegrates. Talk of THE BAD NEW NIGHTS.
